Sangiovese
The villa accommodation comprises of a comfortable lounge with a dining area. A fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a laundry. The master suite is furnished with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom and there are two twin bedrooms and a second bathroom.

The lounge and all bedrooms have TV's with access to streaming services.

For guest use the villa has a free WiFi internet connection and a safe, for extra security

Outside is a private, fully screened, southwest facing pool and spa with a comfortable shaded lanai and an extended pool deck complete with pool furniture and an outside dining area. Private parking is available for two vehicles.

For guests with young children, the villa also has free use of a cot and high chair.

The villa can comfortably accommodate six guests.

Lounge

The lounge area has a high vaulted ceiling, with a ceiling fan, and tiled floor providing a cool and spacious environment in which to relax. There are three and two seat sofas and an armchair with footstool, a coffee table, a 49" 4K SMART TV with access to streaming channels and a DVD player - complete with a small selection of DVD's, for guest viewing.

Dining Area

The dining table seats six people and is complemented by a full dining and cutlery service, for eight.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with an electric range, built in microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with ice-maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, waffle maker, etc.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a king size double bed with gel cooled memory foam mattress, walk in closet with laptop size safe, large dresser with drawers and mirror, 27" SMART TV with ROKU streaming service, radio alarm clock, ceiling fan and it’s own en-suite shower room.

Master Bathroom

A large walk-in shower and twin wash basins and a separate toilet. The bathroom also has a hairdryer for guest use.

Located between bedrooms 1 and 2 there is a second hall bath with a bath and shower. The bathroom also has a hairdryer for guest use.

Pool & Spa

Access to the pool deck is via patio doors from both the living and dining areas. The living area opens into a covered lanai with ceiling fan. The pool furniture includes loungers, chairs and table. The 26ft x 13ft pool is both screened and heated (extra charge) and is equipped with a solar blanket. Pool safety features include a removable safety fence and buoyancy ring. There are also a selection of pool toys for use by guests.
